I had the pleasure of working with Angie Engstrom in her Strategic Focus Lenses session. My intention was to break through the block of writing structured daily lenses that directly correspond to the creations that I want to manifest. I had become stuck in an oscillating structure of seeing the big picture starting to move toward it and then becoming distracted by shiny objects that floated through my mind. I was feeling hopeless when I came across Angie. Angie utilized her heart centered coaching to support me through unpacking my current reality and then using change processes to align my mind with my true heart’s path. Throughout our session, Angie was knowledgeable, witty, engaging, light-hearted and held space for me while gently but consistently bringing me back to the desired end-result as resistance reared its ugly head. As a result of our coaching session, I have been creating my lenses nearly every day with renewed hope. The few times that I did not complete lenses, I felt “off” and could feel the impact of lack of focus on my desired reality through the day. Those moments served as a reminder to get back to lenses for the next day. I have so much more clarity, old habits that no longer serve me are falling off like old scabs without resistance. I am now moving directly along my path with ease and flow thanks to Awesome Angie Engstrom and her magnificent coaching. I’m very much looking forward to our next session together.

Hi, Awesome Angie Engstrom. The 1:1 session this afternoon was awesome! I was putting off Lenses for a long while. I sure looked at it and I even watched some replays about it. But it never really landed as today! We did the process from one year to daily and it was great. I see that I am not overwhelmed by actions now and have much more focus on what to work on.
